With this new schedule, most ARC employees are scheduled four-days a week, and medical and sobering positions are scheduled to work three days a week. Combined with our above market wages and robust benefits, this will support our team’s ability to maintain a healthy work and life balance.

- Employer-paid licensing, renewal, and certification fees
- Three (3) to six (6) weeks of vacation accrued per year, based upon years of service
- Sick time is accrued for all employees based on regularly scheduled hours
