Addictions Recovery Center, Inc. (ARC) offers Medically Monitored Withdrawal Management (detox) and stabilization services to individuals needing this level of care. Our goal is to provide a physically and emotionally stable environment while a patient completes the detox process and prepares for transition to another level of treatment services. Staff work with patients to develop and implement individualized, evidence-based treatment plans.

Eligibility for admission is determined by an admission screening to include as appropriate:

· Substance use history;

· Medical and psychological history;

· Family, interpersonal, employment, and legal status; and

· Need for, and ability to benefit from, treatment services.

ARC’s withdrawal management program is staffed by licensed medical professionals including Family Nurse Practitioners, Registered Nurses, Licensed Practical Nurses, and support staff. A licensed medical professional is available 24 hours a day to provide on-site monitoring of care and ongoing evaluation to address immediate needs.

ARC clinical staff also provides individual or group motivational counseling sessions, as well as patient advocacy and case management services as needed.

Patients who complete ARC’s Medically Monitored Withdrawal Management program may be assessed as needing additional treatment services in other levels of care such as Residential or Outpatient treatment programs. ARC staff will work with each patient for appropriate placement in a program that is the best match for the patient’s needs, whether at ARC or at another treatment provider.
