Addictions Recovery Center, Inc. (ARC) is committed to the health and wellbeing of our the team. To meet this promise, we have implemented a fulltime, four-day workweek schedule for all ARC staff.

With this new schedule, most ARC employees are scheduled four-days a week, and medical and sobering positions are scheduled to work three days a week. Combined with our above market wages and robust benefits, this will support our team’s ability to maintain a healthy work and life balance.

  • Most ARC employees are scheduled four-days a week to ensure they can maintain a healthy work and life balance; medical and sobering positions are scheduled to work three days a week
  • Employer-paid licensing, renewal, and certification fees
  • Three (3) to six (6) weeks of vacation accrued per year, based upon years of service
  • Sick time is accrued for all employees based on regularly scheduled hours
