Addictions Recovery Center, Inc. (ARC) in Medford, Oregon is a multidisciplinary behavioral health agency providing a comprehensive continuum of substance use and co-occurring mental health disorder treatment services in Southern Oregon. We are seeking a Residential Operations Manager to support comprehensive care and ensure client satisfaction for those receiving services in ARC’s Residential Treatment programs as they take their early first steps towards a life in recovery.
ARC’s Residential Operations Manager provides clinical and operational leadership and support for the delivery of residential substance use and co-occurring mental health disorders treatment and care; ensures the delivery of excellent client care and services; provides oversight of residential operations and assists with regulatory compliance; ensures that all services are delivered with a trauma-informed approach, ensures that the team receive all necessary trainings, and that corrective actions are documented and communicated in a timely manner. ARC’s Residential Operations Manager is trauma-informed, and their work is compatible with the philosophy and theory of recognized therapy models, as well as Addictions Recovery Center’s Guiding Principles, and the ethical guidelines of MHACBO and NAADAC.
The Residential Operations Manager is scheduled four days/32 hours a week, but as a manager and salaried employee occasional, additional work hours may be required.
Duties will include but are not limited to:
- Assuring client satisfaction at all intervals of the residential treatment process including: admissions, retention, completions, and overall daily service delivery.
- Mentoring, coaching, and supervising the residential operations team; particularly as it relates to best practices, crisis intervention, and trauma informed care
- Handling highly sensitive and confidential information
- Overseeing and providing (as necessary) 24/7 on-call service for the unit office
- Assuring schedules and case loads are distributed equally across the department, with consideration of acuity and level of care
- Developing professional relationships with key collaborators and community partners
- Assisting with regulatory compliance for all aspects of residential treatment services

EDUCATION, CREDENTIALS & SKILLS
Education, Credentials and Skills should include:
- High School Diploma or GED
- CADC or CRM certification preferred
- Minimum of 3 years management experience
- In depth understanding of professional code of ethics
- Understanding of and compliance with HIPAA and 42 CFR PART II
- Strong organization, strong communications, and listening skills a must
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
Compensation and benefits include:
- Most ARC employees are scheduled four-days a week to support their ability to maintain a healthy work and life balance; medical and sobering positions are scheduled to work three days a week.
- Starting salary is $56,110.08 to $64,524.59 depending on licensure and credentials, skills, and experience
- Three (3) to six (6) weeks of Vacation accrued per year, based upon years of service
- Paid Sick Time accrues up to 96.00 hours annually for most full time employees; up to 108 annually for medical and sobering employees; and is prorated for part time employees.
- Ten (10) Paid Holidays each year: New Year’s, MLK Day, President’s Day, Memorial Day, Juneteenth, Independence Day, Labor Day, Veterans Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day
