POSITION DETAILS
Addictions Recovery Center, Inc (ARC) in Medford, Oregon is a behavioral health agency providing a trauma-informed, comprehensive continuum of substance use and co-occurring mental health disorder treatment services in Southern Oregon. We are seeking a passionate and skilled Outpatient Clinical Supervisor to join our team and oversee the delivery of exceptional client care within our outpatient programs.
ARC’s Outpatient Clinical Supervisor ensures that treatment approaches are effective and tailored to individual needs, helping improve client outcomes, and promoting safer and more successful recovery journeys. They play a crucial role in enhancing staff well-being and professional growth, fostering a supportive and knowledgeable team that can provide high-quality, ethical care. ARC’s Outpatient Clinical Supervisor also facilitates a culture of continuous learning and innovation, impacting the broader community by raising treatment standards and reducing stigma associated with substance use disorders.
Duties will include but are not limited to:
- Providing clinical supervision to agency CADCs and CRMs
- Overseeing program services including group, individual, and educational sessions to ensure high-quality delivery
- Managing program resources, staff utilization, and schedules to support efficient operations
- Collaborating to set performance benchmarks for counseling staff utilizing data metrics for verification
- Using relevant software, including Electronic Health Records, for scheduling and data collection
- Assessing performance metrics related to client satisfaction, admissions, and treatment outcomes
- Maintaining knowledge of OARs, Medicaid requirements, and community collaborations to ensure compliance with all guidelines and governing regulations
- Preparing for site visits, audits, and program reviews
- Managing clinical staff schedules to ensure consistent, adequate coverage
- Supervising SUD interns and CADC trainees, providing mentorship and guidance
- Facilitating crisis intervention as needed
- Implementing ARC-approved clinical supervision models and ensure documentation of supervision logs
- Facilitating monthly clinical staff meetings and group supervision sessions
- Monitoring and providing feedback on staff competencies and development plans

EDUCATION, CREDENTIALS & SKILLS
Education, Credentials and Skills should include:
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in behavioral health or related field (preferred)
- MHACBO registered CADC II or CADC III certification, required
- 2-5 years clinical experience in Mental Health, Substance Use Disorder (SUD) Outpatient, or similar services
- Comprehensive understanding of SUD and mental health treatment, trauma-informed care, and crisis intervention
- Knowledge of relevant regulations (e.g., OARs, Medicaid)
- Proven leadership, supervision, and mentorship abilities
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in clinical documentation and team collaboration
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
Compensation and benefits include:
- Most ARC employees are scheduled four-days a week to support their ability to maintain a healthy work and life balance; medical and sobering positions are scheduled to work three days a week
- • Annual salary for candidates ranges from $66,000.00 to $78,775.00, depending on credentials, skills, and experience.
- Three (3) to six (6) weeks of Vacation accrued per year, based upon years of service
- Sick time is accrued for all employees based on regularly scheduled hours
- Ten (10) Paid Holidays each year: New Year’s, MLK Day, President’s Day, Memorial Day, Juneteenth, Independence Day, Labor Day, Veterans Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day
