Addictions Recovery Center, Inc. (ARC) in Medford, Oregon is a private, non-profit health agency providing substance use disorder treatment and recovery support services in Southern Oregon for nearly 50 years, including: medically-monitored detox, medication-assisted treatment, residential and outpatient services, and mental health care.
We are searching for a highly qualified leader to join our clinical leadership team.
The successful candidate will work full time in our Substance Use Disorder treatment and mental health programs and fulfill the following duties and expectations:
• Provide clinical and program supervision to a dedicated clinical team of direct service providers;
• Oversee and ensure integrated delivery of clinical services to clients and their families seeking addictions treatment and care;
• Achieve service outcomes that meet or exceed established standards;
• Ensure compliance with guidelines and governing regulations;
• Ensure consistency of clinical charting standards and requirements;
• Ensure consistent communication with prospective clients, a steady census, and efficient admissions to programs; and
• Ensure that all services are provided with a passion for trauma-informed care, utilizing proven clinical practices and representing ARC’s Core Values.
Minimum credentials/skills required include:
• Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in relevant field and/or CADC II or III certification or combination of education, CADC II/III and experience which provides the applicant with the desired skills, knowledge, and ability required to perform job;
• LPC, LCSW, MSW, LMFT, or related licensure, desirable; and
• Minimum of two (2) years’ experience in direct client treatment in an alcohol and drug treatment facility.
