Addictions Recovery Center, Inc. (ARC) in Medford, Oregon is seeking a well-organized individual with excellent client care and service skills to join our team to support our Men’s Residential treatment unit.

ARC’s Residential Unit provides services 24 hours a day/7 days a week. Unit technicians work all shifts, including graveyards and holidays. Once trained, the successful candidate will receive a set schedule night shift, either Tuesday to Friday or Friday to Monday, from 1:00 pm to 11:00 pm, providing supportive and patient-centered care for clients in our Women’s Residential facility.

Duties include, but are not limited to:

• Required documentation;
• Ensuring clients maintain their daily treatment schedule;
• Assist clients with medication, taking vitals and performing UAs;
• Client room and chore checks; and
• Unit laundry, supply maintenance, light cleaning and visit preparation.

Credential and Skills required include:

• Client care experience in addictions treatment, medical, or other human services environment, a plus;
• Professional demeanor and good communication skills;
• Moderate computer skills, including keyboarding and MS Office products;
• Commitment to client success and great listening skills a must; and
• Ability to learn and provide trauma-informed crisis intervention and de-escalation techniques.

Compensation and benefits include:

• Competitive wage range from $15.50 to 17.83 per hour, based on level of skill and experience;
• $1.00 per hour additional night differential for eligible night shift hours;
• $750.00 sign-on bonus for the successful candidate (paid in two installments, 50% at three months active employment, remaining 50% at six months active employment);
