No one will be denied access to services due to inability to pay. There is a discounted sliding fee schedule available based on family size and income.
To qualify for a sliding scale discount and/or payment plan arrangement, clients must provide proof of income. Acceptable documentation for proof of income may include pay stubs, wages, and tax statements (W-2 and/or 1099), previous year’s federal tax return, or bank statements (personal and business).
