Addictions Recovery Center in Medford, Oregon is seeking well-organized individuals with excellent client care/service skills to join our team of healers.

The successful candidates will work full-time providing supportive and patient-centered care for residential clients, including but not limited to: medical documentation, assisting clients with medication, taking vitals and performing UAs, room and chore checks, unit laundry, supply maintenance, light cleaning and tour prep, and answering the phone. Technicians must have the ability to work independently, shift focus routinely, and meet the needs of unit clients with a trauma informed approach.

The Residential Unit provides services 24 hours per day/7 days per week and technicians work all shifts, including graveyard and holidays. Once trained, technicians receive a set schedule.

Client care experience working in addictions treatment, medical or other human service environment a plus. Professional demeanor, good communication skills, passion for client success, and great listening skills a must.
