Addictions Recovery Center in Medford, Oregon is seeking a well-organized, computer proficient, detail-oriented individual with exceptional client-care/service skills to join our team of healers in our residential unit.

The successful candidate will work full-time in a residential treatment office environment; be one of the critical first point of contact for clients entering residential treatment; process client admissions and coordinate their ongoing care; work with clients and the public with a trauma-informed and compassionate approach; accurately maintain client records; generate reports for multiple users; provide general office clerical support for the residential unit; provide backup for unit office phone lines providing information, routing calls, and taking accurate and detailed messages.

The successful candidate will have one year of experience in human services or hospital admissions/intake services; ability to work directly with clients to gather all required information to process admission to residential care and into other levels of care; a professional demeanor; excellent communication and listening skills; work well with other community agencies and care-providers; ability to work efficiently with frequent interruptions; strong organizational abilities.
