Addictions Recovery Center in Medford, Oregon is seeking a well-organized, computer literate, detail-oriented individual with excellent customer care/service skills to join our team of healers.

The successful candidate will work full-time providing administrative support in a fast paced environment, have the ability to work independently, shift focus routinely, and meet critical deadlines.

In addition to supporting the residential program, duties include: maintaining highly confidential and sensitive information, taking minutes at various meetings, significant calendar coordination of staff and unit events/meetings, prepare reports and track deadlines, manage responses to client and staff communications, work with other community agencies, manage the client pet program, and support special projects as assigned.

Office experience working in addictions treatment, medical or other human service environment a plus. Professional demeanor, good communication skills, passion for customer care/service, organization and great listening skills a must.
