Addictions Recovery Center in Medford, Oregon is seeking a qualified Mental Health Counselor to join our team of healers.

The successful candidate will work full time providing direct services to clients and/or their families seeking mental health services when there may also be addictions treatment/care involved.

In collaboration with a dedicated multi-disciplinary team, the Mental Health Counselor will provide therapy through evidence based clinical services compatible with the philosophy and theory of recognized therapy models and the Addictions Recovery Center Core Values.

Credentials/Skills required include: appropriate masters level post-secondary degree and CADC or eligibility to obtain CADC within one (1) year, with relevant experience; moderate computer and data entry proficiency, ability to provide crisis intervention; understanding/compliance with HIPAA and CFR 42 PART II policies; ability to administer/interpret diagnostic testing and screening; provide assigned group facilitation, individual and/or family services; proper documentation and maintenance of client records; passion for supporting health choices that benefit clients, their families, and the community; and strong communications skills a must.
