Addictions Recovery Center in Medford, Oregon is seeking a skilled QMHA level Mental Health Case Manager to join our team of healers.

The successful candidate will work full time as part of a dedicated multi-disciplinary team providing case management to clients seeking/receiving mental health treatment/care which may or may not include addictions treatment and their families; effectively provide service and/or referrals for needed service to assist individuals to reside in a community setting or transition to a community setting with a sensitive and trauma informed approach for the at-risk and vulnerable population we serve; utilizing evidence based clinical practices compatible with the philosophy and theory of recognized care/therapy models and the Addictions Recovery Center Core Values.

Credentials/Skills required include:  A bachelor’s degree in a behavioral science field is preferred or combination of at least 3 years current relevant experience and appropriate post-secondary education and training; high computer and data entry proficiency, ability to provide crisis intervention; understanding/compliance with HIPAA and CFR 42 PART II policies; strong knowledge of community resources and how to access needed services; ability to assess clients’ own level of daily care and functioning and areas for life skills development and/or to reach goals; ability to assist clients in accessing resources, completing forms, transportation, follow up, and other requirements; a passion for supporting healthy choices that benefit clients, their families, and the community; and strong communications and relationship-building skills a must.
