Addictions Recovery Center in Medford, Oregon is seeking a well-organized, computer literate, detail-oriented individual with ability to perform records management with exceptional accuracy to join our team of healers.

The successful candidate will work full-time in a fast-paced and sometimes deadline driven office environment and be the first point of contact for management of all client medical records.

This position requires, but is not limited to: high proficiency in utilizing computer hardware and software containing client records; ability to learn and master new database systems quickly; perform timely and accurate data entry and data organization; generate reports as required; proficiency in general office clerical computer work (MS Word, Excel, Outlook); understanding and ability to maintain the highest levels of confidentiality and records security.

Medical records or other human services client records management strongly preferred; professional demeanor, good communication skills, passion for provider and client service, strong organizational and great listening skills a must.
