Addictions Recovery Center in Medford, Oregon is seeking a qualified LPN to join our team of healers and ensure continuity of care in the Medically Monitored Detox Unit.
The successful candidate will work full time in a fast-paced environment in collaboration with a multi-disciplinary team of care providers.
Nursing staff works under the direction of our medical director and clinic manager to provide withdrawal management care to patients in advance of residential addiction treatment. In addition, duties include: ability to provide sensitive and trauma informed approaches to at-risk and highly vulnerable patients, maintain and administer medications as ordered, maintain and monitor charts and medication logs.
Skills required include: moderate computer and data entry proficiency, ability to perform pre-admission medical screening, nursing assessments, and collect other medical data, as necessary; and maintain and follow provider orders/instructions and complete required chart notes. Experience in addiction and/or similar settings is preferred. A caring professional demeanor, good communication skills, passion for patient care/service, and strong listening skills a must.
Salary is based upon experience with excellent benefits, including: health/vision/dental insurance, 401K retirement match and immediate vesting, flexible spending account, and life insurance, as well as generous personal, sick, holiday and training leave upon 60 days of employment.
