Addictions Recovery Center in Medford, Oregon is seeking a highly qualified leader, to serve as our Integration and Education Director. This is a new position to join our leadership team.
The successful candidate will work full time to oversee integrated delivery of clinical services built on evidence-based practices; achieve service outcomes that meet or exceed established standards; ensure compliance with guidelines and governing regulations; provide clinical and program supervision; and develop and implement educational and training opportunities for clinical staff. Represent Addictions Recovery Center in collaboration with other providers and partners.
Minimum credentials/skills required include: A master’s degree in a behavioral science field and a CADC II; two years minimum clinical and operational supervisory experience; minimum two years’ experience of direct client treatment in an alcohol and drug treatment facility; and service on community committees related to healthcare/behavioral health/substance use disorders.
Preferred credentials/skills include: LPC, LCSW, MSW, LMF, or above; experience serving on boards doing work relevant to behavioral health; and experience in design and implementation of behavioral health and substance use disorder programs.
