Addictions Recovery Center in Medford, Oregon is seeking a well-organized, computer proficient, detail-oriented individual with exceptional customer service skills to join our team of healers.

The successful candidate will work full-time in a fast-paced front office environment; be one of the critical first point of contact for existing and potential clients to access services; work with clients and the public with a trauma-informed and compassionate approach; accurately maintain multiple computer data base systems; generate reports for multiple users; provide general office clerical support, as needed.

The successful candidate will have one year of experience in patient intake/insurance authorization experience in addictions, medical, or other human service environment; ability to work directly with patients to assess needs; a professional demeanor; excellent communication and listening skills; ability to work efficiently with frequent interruptions; strong organizational abilities.
