Addictions Recovery Center is e seeking a full-time Human Resource Specialist to join our team of healers.
Successful candidates will demonstrate compassion for the clients we serve, high standards for security, confidentiality, professionalism and customer service. The individual hired for the job will be a detail-oriented, flexible, observant and an excellent communicator.
Primary duties will involve administration of all aspects of the Human Resources function. Comprehensive knowledge of federal and state employment regulations including FMLA, OFLA COBRA, ADA, Workers Compensation and Unemployment, among others, is required. Experience with interviewing, advertising employment opportunities, new employee orientation, onboarding and offboarding, employee benefits administration, and 401k is also required.
Three (3) or more years’ experience in all facets of human resource administration and familiarity with federal and state employment regulations mandatory. Oregon Driver’s License mandatory. SHRM certification preferred. Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check. Fluency in Spanish is a plus.
