Addictions Recovery Center, Inc. in Medford, Oregon is seeking a highly qualified leader, to serve as Finance Director and join our leadership team.
The successful candidate will work full time to direct the agency’s financial planning and accounting practices, manage relationships with the financial community, ensure compliance with all federal and state regulations and generally accepted accounting principles, produce timely and accurate financial statements, and work collaboratively with leadership team members to monitor financial performance and analyze changing conditions and opportunities.
Minimum credentials/skills required include: bachelor’s degree in accounting; a minimum of five years’ experience in organization-wide accounting and financial statement production; and a minimum of two years’ experience with QuickBooks.
Preferred credentials/skills include: accounting and financial statement preparation for a 501 (c) 3 non-profit agency; experience with QuickBooks for Non-profits; and budgeting and tracking for grant funding; and experience supervising accounting or finance staff.
A CPA license is a plus, but not required.
