Addictions Recovery Center, Inc (ARC) in Medford, Oregon is a behavioral health agency providing a trauma-informed, comprehensive continuum of substance use and co-occurring mental health disorder treatment services in Southern Oregon. We are seeking a well-organized, service driven individual with human resources experience to become a member of our Human Resources Department and ensure the best possible support for our team of health care providers.<\/h3>\n

The successful candidate will report to the Human Resources Director and assist with overseeing day-to-day HR duties in multiple areas, including recruitment, onboarding & retention, employee relations, and benefits enrollment. This position is full time (approximately 32 hours per week).<\/h3>\n

\n\u2022 Assisting with employee relations matters including coaching of employees and their supervisors;
\n\u2022 Administering ADA\/FMLA\/OFLA and Workers Compensation programs;
\n\u2022 Assisting with Agency responses to federal and state reporting requirements, as assigned;
\n\u2022 Assisting the Human Resources Director with departmental responsibilities as assigned;
\n\u2022 Supporting the implementation of new HRIS system and maintaining HR database systems.<\/h3>\n

\n\u2022 Combination of post-secondary education\/training and minimum 2 years\u2019 experience in day-to-day human resources administration with demonstrated ability to fulfill the essential position requirements;
\n\u2022 PHR, SHRM-PC, a plus; and
\n\u2022 Bilingual, bicultural preferred.<\/h3>\n

\n\u2022 Starting salary ranging from $43,896.32 to $50,480.77 annually, or 53,248.00 to $61,235.20 annually, depending on credentials, skills, and experience;
\n\u2022 $1,000 sign-on bonus for the successful candidate (paid in two installments: 50% at three months active employment and remaining 50% at six months active employment);
\n\u2022 Three (3) to six (6) weeks of Vacation accrued per year, based upon years of service;
\n\u2022 Paid Sick Time accrues up to 96.00 hours annually; and
\n\u2022 Ten (10) Paid Holidays each year: New Year\u2019s, MLK Day, President\u2019s Day, Memorial Day, Juneteenth, Independence Day, Labor Day,
\n\u2022 Veterans Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day.<\/h3>\n
