Addictions Recovery Center is searching for a talented and experienced Grant Writer to work with our dedicated Leadership team. The successful candidate will report to the President & CEO. This is a full-time position. Employer is willing to invest in grant writing skills development for the right candidate.<\/h3>\n

\u2022 Establish and maintain collaborative relationships with funding organizations and community partners;
\n\u2022 Research grants opportunities in alignment with agency needs;
\n\u2022 Maintain grant submission and reporting calendar;
\n\u2022 Write high-quality grant proposal narratives, applications and supporting documents;
\n\u2022 Work with organizational leadership on grant financials and data for proposals;
\n\u2022 Manage proposal submission process to ensure timely submission of all required materials;
\n\u2022 Coordinate and follow-up on progress of submitted proposals;
\n\u2022 Coordinate grant reporting for grant awards to ensure all deadlines are met;
\n\u2022 Ensure compliance with all terms and conditions of grants; and
\n\u2022 Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner.<\/h3>\n

Experience\/Skills Required:<\/h3>\n

\u2022 Bachelor’s degree in a related field, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience;
\n\u2022 2-years of experience in non-profit development and\/or grant writing with a demonstrated ability to write successful grant proposals with local agencies, charitable foundations, and corporations;
\n\u2022 Highly detail-oriented, organized and deadline-driven;
\n\u2022 Strong written communication skills; ability to write clear, structured, articulate, and persuasive proposals to include strong editing skills;
\n\u2022 Able to work both collaboratively and independently with purpose and accuracy under the pressure of tight deadlines;
\n\u2022 Knowledge of or experience with substance use and co-occurring mental health disorder treatment organizations is a plus;
\n\u2022 Demonstrated experience with communications with organization stakeholders; and
\n\u2022 Highly proficient with Microsoft Office.<\/h3>\n

Competitive compensation and benefits, including:<\/h3>\n

\u2022 Salary ranges from $54,873 to $70,992 depending on skills and experience;
\n\u2022 $1,500 sign-on bonus for the successful candidate (paid in two installments: 50% at three months active employment and remaining 50% at six months active employment);
\n\u2022 Health, dental, life, and LTD benefits at no cost for employee;
\n\u2022 Voluntary 401k retirement with employer match & immediate vesting;
