Financial support is provided through coordinated care organizations <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.allcarehealth.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">AllCare Health<\/a> <\/span>y <a href=\"http:\/\/jacksoncareconnect.org\/home\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Jackson Care Connect<\/span><\/a>.<\/h3>\n<h3>Services include:<\/h3>\n<h3 style=\"padding-left: 60px;\">\u2022 Medical<br \/>\n\u2022 Family planning<br \/>\n\u2022 Children\u2019s health<br \/>\n\u2022 Family medicine<br \/>\n\u2022 Diagnosis and treatment of acute and chronic illnesses<br \/>\n\u2022 Adult physicals, including annual well-women exams<br \/>\n\u2022 Sport, camp and travel physicals<br \/>\n\u2022 Chronic disease care<br \/>\n\u2022 Pain case management<br \/>\n\u2022 Minor surgical services<br \/>\n\u2022 Health assessments and patient education<br \/>\n\u2022 Referral to specialty care<br \/>\n\u2022 24-hour on-call services<br \/>\n\u2022 Laboratory services\u00a0(limited)<\/h3>\n<h3>Assigned ARC staff are available onsite at Birch Grove to assist, screen and refer patients needing substance use disorder treatment services.<\/h3>\n<h3>Visit them in person at 910 South Central Avenue in Medford, 8:00 am, Monday-Friday.<\/h3>\n<\/div><div class=\"fusion-clearfix\"><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"","protected":false},"author":1,"featured_media":0,"parent":0,"menu_order":0,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"open","template":"","meta":{"ngg_post_thumbnail":0,"footnotes":""},"class_list":["post-379","page","type-page","status-publish","hentry"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v26.7 -
