Addictions Recovery Center, Inc. (ARC) in Medford, Oregon is seeking a well-organized, computer proficient, detail-oriented individual with medical office experience and exceptional customer service skills to support our Addiction Medicine Clinic.<\/h3>\n

The successful candidate will work full-time in a fast-paced medical office environment and be the first point of contact for all existing or potential clients.<\/h3>\n

Duties include, but are not limited to:<\/h3>\n

\u2022 Assisting patients with appointments, referrals or other needs to support their treatment;
\n\u2022 Answering multiple phone lines providing information, routing calls and taking accurate and detailed messages;
\n\u2022 Assisting with required documentation in patient records;
\n\u2022 Coordinating communication among ARC providers regarding patient compliance and needs; and
\n\u2022 Receiving, sort and follow up on provider or pharmacy requests.<\/h3>\n

Credentials\/Skills required include:<\/h3>\n

\u2022 Medical office training or experience in addictions treatment or other human services environment, required;
\n\u2022 Medical Assistant certification, preferred;
\n\u2022 Professional appearance and demeanor;
\n\u2022 Excellent client engagement and service skills;
\n\u2022 Advanced communication skills, including the ability to listen and respond accordingly; and
\n\u2022 Organizational and multi-tasking skills necessary for a variety of office activities.<\/h3>\n

Compensation and benefits, including:<\/h3>\n

\u2022 Competitive wage from $15.50 to $17.83 per hour, based on level of skill and experience;
\n\u2022 $750.00 sign-on bonus for the successful candidate (paid in two installments, 50% at three months active employment, remaining 50% at six months active employment);
\n\u2022 Health, dental, life, and LTD benefits (at no cost for employee);
\n\u2022 Additional optional benefits: vision coverage and a flexible spending account;
\n\u2022 401k retirement plans with employer match & immediate vesting;
\n\u2022 Generous Paid Leave accrual : 17 vacation days, 10 paid holidays, 9 sick days, plus 20 hours professional training; and
