We are seeking a dynamic and customer service oriented individual to oversee and provide leadership for our Community Response Team.
Successful candidates must be highly organized, detail oriented, and demonstrate exceptional customer service principles, demonstrate excellent oral and written communication skills as well as ability to navigate multiple systems.
Job requires working closely with internal teams as well as other community organizations to assure timely access to services; as well as quality improvement and outcomes benchmarks. Experience in medical, mental health or addiction care setting is ideal.
This is a full time position with benefits, including: health/vision/dental insurance, 401K retirement and match, flexible spending account, life insurance, as well as generous personal, sick, holiday and training leave. Wage range DOE $3,293 to $3,540 monthly.
