Addictions Recovery Center in Medford, Oregon is seeking a well-organized, computer literate, detail-oriented individual with exceptional customer service skills to join our team of healers.

The successful candidate will work full-time in a fast-paced, outpatient walk-in clinic and be one of the first points of contact for existing and potential clients to access services.

In addition to conducting intake interviews with clients, duties include: assisting clients in accessing authorization to receive services; maintaining accurate information in computer data base systems, report generation, general office clerical support and providing backup to answering multiple phone lines giving information, routing calls and taking accurate and detailed messages.

Intake and/or insurance authorization/billing experience in addictions, medical or other human service environment required. Professional demeanor, good communication skills, passion for customer service, strong organization, ability to analyze information to resolve potential errors, and great listening skills a must.
