Treatment services are covered by most insurance, including Oregon Health Plan; or, are available on a sliding scale, fee-for-service basis. Visa and MasterCard are accepted for all services.

Outpatient services sliding scale is based on a maximum hourly rate for groups of $50 per hour, individual sessions $100 per hour, with discounts of up to 52%.

Level I - $481 to $1,100 (each 24 hrs=2 hrs individual & 22 hrs group counseling)

Level II - $792 to $1,800 (each 34 hrs=2 hrs individual & 32 hrs group counseling)

Residential services sliding scale is based on a maximum rate of $7,700 for up to 35 days with discounts of up to 50%. Interest free payment arrangements may be made in advance. Residential - $3,500 - $7,700 (each 35 days).

Day Treatment based on 25 days at 8 hrs Mon-Fri and 4 hrs Saturdays -maximum rate of $4,125 discount up to 50% - Day Treatment $2,063 - $4,125.

Partial Day Treatment based on 10 days at 4 hrs Mon-Fri - maximum rate of $1,620 discount up to 50% - Partial Day Treatment $810 - $1,620.

Gambling services are free to everyone.

Services require proof of OHP and or insurance coverage, or payment at the time of service may be required. In some cases interest free payment arrangements may be made in advance. Additional 10% discounts for services paid in full at time of enrollment. Prices are subject to change.
